What you need to run cpufreqd
- Mandatory dependencies: libcpufreq (that depends on libsysfs)
- Optional dependencies: libsensors and nvclock (>= 0.8)
- An ACPI, APM or PMU capable system
- A processor and a Linux kernel capable of frequency and voltage scaling
